Britton Outdoors
Britton Outdoors is a small, local business owned and run by Mark Britton. Mark has been working in the outdoor adventure sector for the past 16 years and has a diploma in Outdoor Adventure Management along with a degree in Outdoor Professional Practice which he received from the University of Cumbria. Mark is a qualified Mountain Leader and mountaineering Ireland tutor and has numerous instructor qualifications in mountain biking, sailing, kayaking to name a few.
Mark has worked in a wide range of outdoor activity centres throughout Ireland and has spent the last number of years working with communities to develop walking trails in the Ballyhoura region. As such Mark is ideally placed to offer unique and wonderful guided walks and hikes in the Munster area.
Britton Outdoors offers a range of activities outlined below:
- Mountain Skills training courses - accredited by Mountaineering Ireland and run by an approved Mountaineering Ireland tutor
- Bespoke mountain navigation courses
- Guided hikes in the Galtees, Knockmeldowns, Commeraghs and Ballyhoura’s
- Bespoke walks to suit your family or group’s needs.
